Week of Healthy Habits- CLOVE







This week I'm going to be sharing some incredible ways to start off the New Years.  I know the holidays can be a time of so much love and excitement.  It also can bring on stress, over eating, lack of sleeping and all the holiday parties!

This year my focus is carving time out for  myself.  That means, taking care of myself.  Making sure I eat well, go to yoga, meditate and incorporate my essential oils into my daily routine that will help support all of these things!  

The first oil I am going to start with is Clove.  This is a easy and very beneficial way to start off your New Years.  Clove Essential Oil have so many benefits; Antibacterial, Antifunal, Antiseptic, Anti-inflammatory, Diuretic, Antiviral, Antioxidant, Antimicrobial, Immune Stimulant.....it's incredible.  Most common uses of Clove Essential Oil are; Cold & Flu, Fungal Infection, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Viral Infection, Lupus, Liver Cleansing, Bronchitis, Thyroid Problems, Blood Clots, Rumors, Osteoporosis, Parasites, Nausea, Earache, Muscle Pain, Acne......As you can see, this oils truly is one everyone can benefit from.  

Let's try the 2 week Clove Challenge!

Here's the challenge: Every morning put 1-2 drops of clove, neat, directly on your feet.  Put the drops on the arches of your feet and alternate feet each day. You can either put on socks after, or go barefoot.  That's it.... can you handle that??

By doing this challenge, you should notices a huge boost in energy, immune system booster, sleeping better, and less cravings.  Let's try this together and please let me know how you do and how you feel!!!
