Late Night???

Is your head pounding??

Is your stomach turning?

Is your world swirling???

Anytime you over indulged and have too much fun, these simple essential oil combos will help you face the world!  For me it usually involves wrangling kiddos, but it could be you have an important meeting or seeing clients.  Whatever your reasons, we can't afford not to feel our best the morning after a much needed night out!

So here's to having your fun and being "responsible" the next day too!

Learn to detox, restore and revive with essential oils.   It's times like these when essential oils feel like your best friend.  I have go-to oils I use for this kind of day.  Wild Orange, peppermint, lemon and lavender are my saviors and her me get through whatever I am facing the next day.  Because, let's be honest, even the simple tasks feel overwhelming!

First I start with lemon, it is my power house and my wake up oil!!!  Wild Orange is amazing for energizing, awakening and lifting your mood!  Lavender is amazing for calming.   Then Peppermint......this is the game changer!  Helps with nausea, focus and assists with foggy brain.

The best thing about these oils if you can use them topically, aromatically and ingest them!  This is the trifecta!  I have found that it is more effective when you do all three ways- and it might mean getting up a little bit earlier to do them all, but trust me, it's definitely worth it!!!!

Refreshing Relief Cocktail

  • 12 oz of cold water
  • 3 drops of Peppermint
  • 3 drops of Lemon
  • 3 drops of Wild Orange
Add the oils to a glass first, then add the water.  Remember to always use glass when making this concoction.  Sip this down and follow it up with more water to help cleanse and detox.  You can also add ginger oil if you need the extra help!  

Detox and Revive Massage
  • 2 drops of Lavender
  • 2 drops of Lemon
  • 2 drops of Peppermint
  • 2 drops of Wild Orange
  • 1 tbs of Fractionated Coconut Oil
Massage this amazing blend into your skin.  Afterwards, you can cup your hand around your mouth and nose and breathe keeping.  This will help you relax mentally and physically.  You can also rub this into your temples, forehand and neck.  

Diffuse Away
  • 3 drops of Peppermint
  • 3 drops of Lemon
  • 3 drops of Wild Orange
To help your foggy head, diffuse this blend close by to where ever you are working or hanging out.
