If you have every had symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome, you know how incredibly irritating it is!!! I have struggled with this a lot lately and I know I'm not alone! It's actually estimated that 1 out of 10 people experience RLS symptoms. There are some nights I feel like I'm going crazy! You know when you feel like you just need to get up and move or go for a run!!!!! It's so strange.
I have found a few things that have really helped me through those uncomfortable moments and sensations while you're trying to sleep!!
