Recipes for Roller Bottles

When I first started, I remember looking at all my new oils and wondering what I could do with all of them!  I started to research and explore the web for anything and everything I could find!  I wanted to share with you some of my favorite starter recipes that I stared with and we still use religiously!!!

Start off going to Aroma Tools and ordering yourself roller balls.  I always use the 10 ml roller bottles, but you will figure out what works best for you.  You don't always have to make recipes, you can use single oils in a roller bottle, topped with FCO and really make the most out of your oils.  We use On Guard in a 10 ml roller bottle (about 10 drops, topped with FCO).  I use on the kids mornings and nights.  I might refill the bottle every 2 months.  There are approximately 250 drops in a 15ml oil bottle, like On Guard.   You can figure out pretty quickly how economical this is while providing the best protection for my kids!!

When you see FCO- this stands for Fractionated Coconut Oil which is a carrier oil.  You can read about carrier oils here.  Personally, I always use doTERRA's FCO, however there are other choices of carrier oils.

Enjoy these recipes, I know we do!
